The management is as follows:

•	Dr. David LEE Kuo Chuen Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer
	Dr. Lee has over 15 years of experience in Financial Modeling, Portfolio Allocation and Alternative Investments. He holds a PhD in Econometrics and Applied Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a MSc degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the University of London. Dr. Lee's wealth of experience in the financial industry includes research, institutional sales and fund management. Prior to setting up Ferrell, Dr, Lee was the Managing Director of Fraser Asset Management, the fund management unit of the Fraser-AMMB group of companies. He also served as Director of Institutional Sales at Fraser Securities and covered the Asia Pacific equities markets. He specialized in arbitrage, long / short strategies, portfolio allocation, index tracking and trade timing models. Dr. Lee was the CEO of Overseas Union Enterprise Limited, managing a listed company engaging in hotel ownership & management, property investments and property management. He also has experience in running food manufacturing, retailing, logistic and warehouse management as he was the Group Managing Director of Auric Pacific Group Limited, another listed company. Early in his career, Dr. Lee taught and conducted research in various academic institutions including the London School of Economics and the National University of Singapore. He has also served as consultant to numerous government agencies and multinational companies such as IBM and Price Waterhouse. Dr. Lee has won awards for forecasting for his work on economics and financial variables. He has published over 60 business and academic articles in international financial and economic journals.

•	Ms. Jeanna CHAN Executive Director
	Jeanna Chan is the Executive Director of Ferrell Asset Management. She is also the Director for Wealth Management and co-manages institutional and private clients' funds for the company. Jeanna's additional responsibilities include assisting the Managing Director in the operations of the firm. Prior to joining Ferrell, Jeanna was Client Advisor at Clariden Asset Management, Singapore / Clariden Bank Zurich. She specialized in the marketing of mutual funds / specialized sector products to private clients and was also involved in raising private equity for the bank's alternative products. Before joining Clariden, Jeanna was in stockbroking at Fraser Securities, marketing regional equities to private family funds and institutions. Jeanna was the Executive Vice-President of Overseas Union Enterprise Limited company whose main businesses are hotel ownership & management, property investments and property management in Singapore. She also undertakes additional responsibilities as Director on many subsidiary company boards, OUB Centre. She has more than 10 years experience in client advisory / marketing in portfolio products and equities. Jeanna started her career as a correspondent with Reuters-Bridge. She was an integral part of the corporate action desk covering the Asia Pacific region. Jeanna holds a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore where she majored in Economics.

•	Mr YEAP Yuen Yon Investment Director
	Yuen Yon has over 12 years of experience in the analysis of corporate fundamental valuation and the management of equity portfolio investing in the Asian region. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University (Australia) where he majored in actuarial science. At Ferrell, his main focus is in the North Asian equity markets. Prior to joining Ferrell, Yuen Yon was Vice President at Fundamental Capital Advisors, where he assisted in the initial set-up of the outfit and focused on the North Asian equities for the absolute mandate portfolios. Before that, he was Associate Director with Pheim Asset Management, a small cap specialist, where he focused on Hong Kong, China and Korea equities. Before Pheim, Yuen Yon was Senior Investment Executive at Singapore Pools, a lottery operator, where he specialized in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australian equities. Yuen Yon also spent one year in OAC Insurance where he was involved in the actuarial work in the life insurance area. He started his career as an equity analyst with Lum Chang Securities where he covered selected companies listed in Singapore and Malaysia.

•	Mr. Paul Tan Director - Real Estate
	Paul Tan is the Director of Real Estate of Ferrell Asset Management. He is responsible for the property development of Ferrell’s Residences. Paul brings along 20 years of real estate service and development experience. He was the Senior Vice President of Overseas Union Enterprise with a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of commercial, retail and residential property in different stages of development. He was also the Vice President, Corporate Real Estate Services of Citibank with a portfolio of 850,000 square feet comprising offices, bank branches and data centres. He spent 10 years in Keppel Land managing projects, business development, and asset managing the commercial portfolio. While he was in Keppel Land, he spent 3 years in Myanmar, Yangon and Mandalay developing and managing hotels. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building, Honours and MBA in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University.

•	Mr. Eric NG Director - Client Relationships
	Eric Ng, Director for Client Relationships is responsible for the sales and marketing of Ferrell's hedge funds and property funds. He is also the member of the risk management team for Ferrell ARC Fund. Eric Ng has over 20 years of experience in the sales, account management, marketing, operation and team management. Prior to joining Ferrell, Eric has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bridge Financial. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

•	Mr. Bob LAU Investment Manager
	Bob Lau is Investment Manager of Ferrell Asset Management. He is responsible for financial analysis, feasibility studies, advisory on fund strategies and structure. Bob's additional responsibilities include quantitative modeling for the Group's Equity products and product origination. He holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Malaysia. Bob started his career first as a CADCAM Specialist, and later, as a Design Engineer in the energy services sector, before joining the Ferrell Group.

•	Mr. Marcus Foo Manager, Client Relationships & Funds
	Marcus Foo supervises and manages the operations and compliance matters of Ferrell’s funds and client accounts, managing a team of account executives ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to. He manages Ferrell’s operations in Hong Kong where he provides support to the Directors and responsible officers. Further to his core duties, he also coordinates the sales and marketing functions of Ferrell's hedge funds and real estate funds. Marcus has successfully launched Ferrell’s flagship luxury property development, Ferrell Residences in 2009. The project has raked in SGD90million in sales and is 80% sold as of end 2009. Marcus joined Ferrell in 2005 as a management executive and moved up the ranks in Ferrell’s investment division as an Investment Analyst where he supported the portfolio managers in research analysis of regional equity markets, especially in Singapore Hong Kong and China. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, where he majored in Economics and Finance. Marcus also holds a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.
